Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyze management P&L, cash flow, AUM and headcount results
2. Timely delivery of management information to local and regional management to support business decision making
3. Analyze client/product segment profitability metrics, sales/revenue trend analysis
4. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process and provide guidance to business lines in the region
5. Participate in consultation and testing of finance system development and recommend process improvement initiatives
6. Work closely with local and global finance teams on gathering information and responding to management queries
Requirements:
1. University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with accounting professional qualification
2. Minimum five years of relevant experience in MIS / financial analysis in Financial Institutions
3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
4. Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and work to tight deadlines
5. Strong Excel skills (including VBA or Macro programming), experience in Hyperion Essbase is preferred
Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
1. To prepare monthly accounting closing of Group office entities, to lead analysis of reports and analysis to Senior Management
2. To be in charge of captive reinsurance accounting and to ensure financial compliance with local regulatory requirements
3. To be responsible for all quarterly IFRS reporting to ensure correct disclosure and account booking
4. To maintain banking relationship and be responsible for monthly bank reconciliation
5. To be responsible for quarterly account reconciliation to ensure proper account booking
6. To check, post and input daily transactions through SAP system and to be in charge of SAP user testing
7. To provide regular and ad hoc reporting to facilitate business review and decision making will be a key responsibility.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, preferrably Degree in Accounting or equivalence would be an advantage
2. At least 2-3 years of accounting experience including working experience with Big 4 professional firms
3. Solid skills on HK accounting and taxation statutory
4. Experience working for a multinational corporate is preferable
5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
6. Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and analytical skills
7. Self motivated, strategic mind, willing to take responsibilities and challenges
8. Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Accountant
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management performance reports, e.g. trend analysis, profitability analysis
2. Monitor customer account performance and ensure timely reporting of outstanding debts
3. Conduct compliance review on internal control policies and procedures
4. Participate in ad hoc management activities
5. Work closely with front line users in HK, Macao and PRC to perform above duties
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years in management accounting
2. Proficiency in using Excel, i.e. Pivot tables, Data consolidation
3. Independent with good analytical mind
4. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
5. Background gained from logistics industry or auditing area will be a great advantage
6. Candidate with higher professional qualification or more related working experience may be considered as Management Accountant
